We have been using the Norven Driveway Defender and Signal Blocker for just over a week and are very happy with our purchase. The Defender is very easy to use just hook it through the steering wheel and lock it into the seatbelt stem. We also have the Signal Blocker pouches, we were very pleased when we tested the Blocker, we stood next to the car with the car fob in the pouch and we could not unlock the car, took the fob from the pouch and could immediately unlock the car. I have confidence that the two products will deter someone stealing our car. Highly recommend the purchase of these products. Like other reviews I have read, we also had issues with the delivery notifications from the delivery company. I do not normally write online reviews but felt that I really had to write this one. I received my Norven but had a problem with the locking mechanism. I reached out to customer service and chatted with the lovely Kate who assisted me. I provided a video of what was happening and Kate did the rest. She immediately sent me a replacement unit. I am happy to say that Norven stand 100% behind their lifetime warranty and replacement policy if there is an issue.
